Today…
Today Jude learned how to climb. He demonstrated this new skill of his by repeatedly climbing onto and off of an empty Pampers box. I celebrated by video taping the event on our digital camera. I’ll try to post the video tomorrow. Jude is quite proud of himself.
This evening, I received a scarf as a gift from a friend of mine. She recently went home to India for a visit, and she brought one back for me. It’s beautiful, and I feel very blessed to own such a precious item.
I’m exhausted. I haven’t done much (other than take care of a sick baby) for the past few days, but I’m more tired than I’ve been in a long time. I need a good night’s rest and a day or two to recoup. Tomorrow will not be that day.
Someone *cough, thenakedredhead, cough* bought a 6-pack of Klondike bars when she was visiting NEPA. Though that someone was only in town for maybe 36 hours, there are only 2 Klondike bars left. I discovered said bars when I opened up the freezer earlier today.
Finally, I’m in the midst of writing for tomorrow’s crossover blogging extravaganza with the Naked Redhead. This week’s topic is tough for me. I already have a ton written, and I’ve barely begun touching on all that needs touched. I know I have a lot more writing to do and then I’ll have a lot of editing to do.
