Lunch: PB&H sandwich and Chinese cabbage salad
Dinner: Eggs and Sprouted Wheat Bagels

Tuesday
Breakfast: Hot cereal with fresh fruit
Lunch: ALTs on spelt bread with home-made hummus and whole wheat pitas
Dinner: Home-made garden burgers, and Chinese cabbage salad

Wednesday
Breakfast: Hot cereal with fresh fruit
Lunch: Home-made garden burgers and hummus with whole wheat pitas and chips and salsa
Dinner: Rice and beans with Mediterranean kale

Thursday
Breakfast: Hot cereal with fresh fruit
Lunch: ALTs on spelt bread with home-made hummus and whole wheat pitas
Dinner: Rice and beans with roasted beets w/orange-herb butter

Friday
Breakfast: Hot cereal with fresh fruit
Lunch: PB&H sandwich with chips and salsa and snap peas
Dinner: Rice with roasted cumin chickpeas and salad

Saturday
Breakfast: Hot cereal with fresh fruit
Lunch: Rice and beans with roasted cumin chickpeas
Dinner: @Peacemeal

Sunday
Breakfast: Hot cereal with fresh fruit
Lunch: @Epiphany
Dinner: Eggs and Sprouted Wheat Bagels

    Wanted to add that we just finished grocery shopping for the week,and we only spent $78. I’d say at LEAST 75% of what we bought was organic. Not too shabby, me thinks.
