So, I’m not the best at keeping my promises. Sorry!

Here’s a list of what we’re eating/have eaten this week:

Lentil Stir-Fry
Rice-Stuffed Tomatoes

PB&H Sandwiches
ALTs with Hummus
Rice and Bean Burritos
Breakfast for Dinner-Eggs and Bagels

Jude’s nap schedule has been a bit off lately, so it has been hard for me to plan out day-by-day meals. Luckily, he has been sleeping soundly when he naps, so I’ve been able to get up and prep lunch/dinner while he sleeps.

In other foody news, next week we’ll be sampling our first gallon of raw milk from one of  the semi-local farms. I’m really excited to try it; I’ll let you all know how it tastes!

  1. My dad grew up drinking raw milk, and he still says it was the best milk he’s ever had. I’ve just barely made the transition from 2% to whole, so it might be a bit before I’m ready to take that step! I love hearing about all the organic options in Chicago, though; it’s making me excited for when we move!

  2. Hey, Louise! I’m really excited to try the raw milk, however, I’m used to skim, so I’m sure I’m going to have some adjusting to do. Luckily(?), I rarely drink a glass of milk, so I think I’ll be able to make the switch fairly easily.

I can’t wait until the 4(!) of you move here. You’re going to love it!
