  1. We’re so excited that you’re going to try the Israeli couscous salad! Please let us know what you think of it, I’m incredibly nosy…..

  2. I will, Tina. I’m really, really hoping that I can find Israeli couscous and the bocconcini balls at my local grocery store. (= Wish me luck!

  3. Hey! Yeah – You made it! Yummy menu this week. We love Israeli Couscous… is it part of the Mediterranean Salad or is it just on the side plain? I know I told you this before but everytime I have an ALT I think of you…which is pretty often! LOL. Also, finally got Artisan Bread in Five Minutes…I know, I know…took me forever to break down and buy it. The wait list was waaaaay to long to wait at the library. Looking forward to trying the technique. Thanks again for joining in the blog roll – I adore having you! Cheers!

  4. Hi Jillian! i am hearing a lot about Israeli couscous salad, but I never try it. Please share with us what is your opinion about it.

  5. Tina (and Ambyr)- the Israeli couscous was FANTASTIC. I wish I had heard about it sooner. Jude kept calling it pasta (which he loves), though he didn’t eat a ton of it. I’m hoping that the more he sees it, the more he’ll eat.

Jenna- the couscous is a part of the Mediterranean salad. If you haven’t looked at Tina’s recipe, you should. Actually, if you’re looking for new recipes, I’d suggest checking out all of Tina’s site. There are some fantastic looking recipes on there. (Also-am hoping to put together some kind of menu plan to post later today. I know-I’m super late!)
