You know, the problem with all this working out is that I cannot, for the life of me, eat enough to curb my hunger. Yesterday, I shoveled forkful after forkful of food into my mouth. As soon as one meal ended, I was looking for snacks. I drank tons of water (and a fair amount of coffee). It simply wasn’t enough.
So, am I correct in thinking that my increased appetite is directly related to my increased daily movement? Like, my body suddenly realized that, holy shit, I’m actually burning calories, and I just might want to replace them? I don’t know. I suspect my theory is right, but I’d love to hear from other people who’ve experienced the same phenomenon.
And, in related news, I think I have the dreaded “Summer-time Cold,” which means, I don’t feel like moving. At all. Jude and I took a quick bike ride to the beach this afternoon, and I had planned on practicing yoga tonight, but just the though of sun salutations makes my head feel like it’s going to explode, so I think I’ll be taking the night off.
Now, off to raid the refrigerator. Again.

Yes. I get ravenously hungry after exercising. Try eating something heavy in protein right afterward to curb the hunger.
Good call, Erin. Also, Jillian, you may be pregnant. Just sayin’.
NOT funny, Red. Not funny at all!
Erin-I’ll give that a try. Thanks for the advice.
Red-Screw you. Love, Me.
