Lunch/Dinner
ALTs
Homemade Pizza
Eggs and Bagels
Chili
Cajun Brown Rice with Veggies and Red Beans

  1. Hey! I posted my menu today too! Guess it’s just that kind of week!

    May have missed this in an earlier post, but what’s an ALT? Maybe the “a” stands for some kind of vegetarian bacon–? Acon?

  2. Hi Stephanie. It most definitely is one of those types of weeks.

    An ALT is an avocado, lettuce (we use spinach, really), and tomato sandwich. My family adds cheese to our sandwiches, as well.

    Hope that helps! ALTs are a staple in our weekly diets.
