My weekly menus have recently shifted from covering a Sunday-Saturday (-ish) time span to covering a Friday-Thursday time span. One of our neighbors has offered us use of her car, and Thursdays seem to work best for her and for Josh’s schedule. So, I’ll be joining Jenn’a menu-planning blog roll a little late each week, but better late than never, I say. So, here’s what’s cookin’!
