Not only is our shopping day undergoing another shift (hoping to shop on Fridays and cook for the week on Saturdays), but if you pay special attention, you’ll notice(?) that I’m going to be preparing a lot of salads/veggies/beans and eliminating gluten from my (read: the family’s) diet. I’ve been feeling really crummy lately–tired mainly, but just blah as well. So, I’m going to eliminate gluten from my diet to see if it helps me feel better, and from there I’m going to try to eliminate dairy as well (God help me! I LOVE cheese!). A dear friend of mine tweeted at me that if I cut anything else out from my diet, all I would be left with is air. I think she may be right!
