    Though I haven’t posted my family’s weekly menus in a while, I’ve still been menu planning. I just haven’t had much time to sit down and post lately. But! Today I’m victorious not only in menu planning, but also in menu posting. Here’s what’s cooking this week:

    Breakfast
    Oatmeal with Ground Flax Seed, Frozen Fruit, and Honey
    Green Smoothies (I got a new blender for Christmas! Woo hoo!)

    Lunch/Dinner
    Costa Rican Beans and Rice
    ALTs with Chips, Salsa, and Guacamole
    Eggs and Bagels
    Homemade Pizza
    Quinoa Corn Chowder and Homemade Bread
    Chili and Homemade Bread
