This morning Jude and I ate breakfast together at Panera and then walked over to Uncle Dan’s to check out their selection of Keen sandals. Keens are pricey, but oh so wonderful. They’re rugged and wear well and still have a fairly flexible sole. Last summer Jude had a pair of Keen sandals in Caribbean blue. Today we picked up a pair in navy.

At $50 a pair, I know most of you are looking at me through your computer monitors like I’ve lost all sense. I guess maybe I have. All I know is that these shoes ROCK. And also, since we spend so little clothing Jude, this purchase doesn’t seem so astronomical.
